IIS cert on Auth stopped working, which broke log in abilities.
Issue with jAgent in jBase causing connectivity/functionality problems for certain customers.
Restarted services and rebooted server to clear this up.
We are currently investigating this incident.
We just resolved the issue!
Certificate Reinstalled and reported to Microsoft.
Auth Server IIS was unable to access the private keys for the SSL certificate.
Servers rebooted
jAgents stopped responding causing jBase to lock up preventing programs from running.
